Payment: All sessions must be paid in full at completion by card or cash.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We require cancellations to be made 12 or more hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel within this period or do not show up, a no-show fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged.

Health & Safety: Please inform your therapist of any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to treatment. While our services are designed to promote wellness, massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. By booking, you agree that you are responsible for your own health and release Elevate Wellness Co from any liability related to pre-existing conditions.

Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shortened session as the scheduled appointment time will be adhered to. The full session fee remains payable.

Policy Changes: Elevate Wellness Co reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be communicated accordingly and will apply to new appointments.
